Lucy is a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors and is on the Foundation Board of St Catherine’s School. Lucy received a Master of Commerce (Finance and Banking) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Marketing) from the University of Sydney.
Tim has served on the boards of The Gold Standard Foundation, based in Geneva, and Fauna and Flora International (FFI), the world’s oldest international conservation organisation. Tim is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has received an Advanced Certificate in International Economics and Finance from the Kiel Institute of World Economics in Germany and attended the University of Rochester in New York on a Fulbright Scholarship. Tim has both a Master of Arts with First Class Honours (Economics) and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Tim is an Industry Fellow at the University of Technology Business School.
Nina is a CFA charterholder. Nina received a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and Bachelor of Arts (German and French) from the University of Sydney.
Julia received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (1st Class Honours) with specialisation in Parasitology from King’s College London.
Vanessa received a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, majoring in Extended Finance and sub-majoring in Japanese Language and Culture. Vanessa is a CFA charterholder.

Rob was involved in Australia’s largest social impact investment, the creation of Goodstart Early Learning in 2010, where he remains a non Executive director. He has since served as CEO of Social Ventures Australia which pioneered social impact investing including developing social impact bonds and social impact funds with the objective of ensuring everyone living in Australia can thrive.
Prior to this, Rob was a Managing Director of Pacific Equity Partners, a Principal with Texas Pacific Group and started his career with Bain & Company.
Rob received a BEng (Hons.) in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Melbourne. He currently serves on the boards of Goodstart Early Learning Limited, Hygain, Servian and Zenitas and was previously Chairman of Energy Developments Limited.
Armina brings a diverse and global perspective to the Advisory Council on industry trends, environmental thematics and social issues including gender equality and ethnic diversity.
Armina was awarded the Co-op Scholarship at the University of New South Wales where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance.
He has extensive experience in private equity, company directorships and management consulting. Anthony was a Managing Director at Pacific Equity Partners (PEP) from 2004 to 2014, having joined PEP in 1999. Prior to this, he spent five years at Bain & Company as a global strategy consultant. Anthony is on the board of Heritage Lifecare and Hellers, and also serves as non-executive Chairman of peer-to-peer lender SocietyOne.
Anthony is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He received a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of Queensland.
